GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS - OPEN DAY
These Terms and Conditions set out your rights and obligations as an attendee at any of the Open Day/Open Night sessions offered by Streamline Studios.
DEFINITIONS: Any reference made to "you" or "your" means the interested participant, and any reference made to "we" or "our" means Streamline Studios and/or any of the programs offered by Streamline Studios. Use of "open day" or "open night" is interchangeable, meaning the same informational event regarding any of the programs offered by Streamline Studios.
Open Day/Open Night: Subscribing to this event must be completed at least 24 hours ahead of time in order to secure your attendance. You may only subscribe or sign-up for the Open Day/Open Night session offered by Streamline Studios on your own behalf. To sign up for the Open Day/Open Night you must be 18 years or older.
Open Day is an informational session only. Streamline Studios will provide to the best of its ability all relevant and necessary information about the programs being offered. Interested parties who have subscribed for this event are not automatically registered for any of our programs, nor does attending Open Day guarantee you a seat in any of the programs.
If you wish to reserve your seat for any of the programs, you may pay the registration fee at the end of Open Day/Open Night. However, there is no obligation for you to pay the registration fee or enrollment fee at this time.
REGISTRATION FEES RESERVE YOUR SEAT TO ATTEND OUR PROGRAMS AND COVER ADMINISTRATION COSTS, AND THEREFORE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
The information provided herein and at the Open Day/Open Night sessions are purely for notification and explanation purposes only, and is not offered for any other particular purpose or use.
Nothing herein shall obligate you or Streamline Studios to any commitments. The information provided herein and to be provided during Open Day/Open Night is offered voluntarily and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to change, update, or remove any of the information supplied here or to be provided during Open Day/Open Night without notice, but we will make our best efforts to make new or revised information publicly available.
